Refund/Warranty Policy

Muddycreek Tackle products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for defects and workmanship related issues.  For warranty claims, please contact MCT directly for a return material authorization, at which the defective item may be shipped for evaluation.  Items that are defective due to workmanship/material issues will be replaced at no charge within 1 year from the date of purchase. 

Shipping/Delivery Policy

In stock items will be shipped via most efficient carrier in a timely manner.  Out of stock/back ordered items will ship when they are completed.  Shipping and handling costs are calculated by our third party shipping vendors.  Taxes are collected in States where required.
